- Pour all of the SO GOOD Instant Methi Gota Mix in a big vessel.
- Gradually add 250 ml water in this instant mix and make a batter
- Take a small quantity of batter and gently add it one by one into hot oil and deep fry at consistent heat. (oil temperature should be enough to make a droplet of batter to float quickly)
You may add pieces of ripe banana, chopped green chili (non-spicy), freshly chopped fenugreek leaves, coriander leaves and mixed vegetables.
You can also prepare Fulwadi and Kelavada from this mix.
